Meet the Team

Professionals in Every Manner

Trained. Skilled. Dedicated.

It is what all of our clients expect.

Craig Sr.

Craig Sr. has the longest experience on the team. Painting since the age of 12, Craig is skilled at wall papering, wood finishing, interior spaces, and exterior treatments. His attention to detail makes him excellent at door finishes and complicated staircases.

His finished projects reflect pride in his work and vast use of skills all while having fun painting with the team. When Craig Sr. is not painting, he and his wife are catching trout and passing down their love of fishing to their grandkids.

“It is hard to pick just one favorite technique. Through the years, I have seen so many different ways of working, but Janet really provides space and time to do work for clients well. She does not rush our work like other contractors because she is committed to an excellent end result for each client.

P.S. Is it time to go fishing yet?”

Craig Jr.

Our team relies on Craig for steadfast work. He serves as a lead project manager mapping out work plans and materials for client projects so the work in their space is done well and with efficiency.

Craig Jr. referred his dad to Creative Touch years ago and they often work on projects together. Our team works as a family and this father-son duo is a testament to how we value families, both on our team and for our clients. Craig Jr. is known for learning and mastering new techniques to add to his varied skill set. He is teaching painting to his young children at home.

“I love seeing spaces transformed by painting. We use such a wide variety of painting techniques between jobs that it is hard to pick my favorite finish. I get to be a part of changing how people live and how families connect in new, transformed spaces.

P.S. Can we skip fishing?”

Paul

Paul puts his muscles to work painting large projects. You will likely find him doing the cutting in trim work is excellent at cutting in perfect color transition lines. Even after 21 years of painting, he is always open to learning faux finish techniques to offer clients just what they need.

Growing up as cousins, both Craig Jr. and Paul still work and play together outside of work. Paul loves the outdoors and on weekends, he hunts, fishes, and spends time with his family.

“I have worked for other companies in my career, but Janet is by far the best boss and she really cares about the work. She is kind, she listens to our ideas and responds to them. She is really in touch with the process of transforming spaces for clients to make it a smooth process for her crew and for clients.

P.S. (Excitedly) Did somebody say we are going fishing?”

AnnaLea

As a natural painter, AnnaLea uses her skills to refinish cabinets. She prepares cabinets by laying out the projects, removing hardware, sanding surfaces and treating the wood for paint or stain. While AnnaLea did not have painting experience when she joined the company, she has become a valuable part of the team by learning to master the fine details.

AnnaLea loves interior work and as a self-starter, she helps manage jobs and takes initiative by anticipating the needs of the team. She pays close attention to details and keeps jobs organized. She works in a systematic way to ensure the project gets completed in a timely manner, the tools are cleaned and put back in place for upcoming work.

“I love being able to use all the tools in the spray booth to transform cabinets and refinish furniture. It is so fun to spray projects! Spraying work in the booth keeps it really clean, dust-free, and polished. I just love it!

P.S. Fishing… I love hanging out with people as much as catching the fish. “

Anna-Marie

Anna-Marie prepares cabinets, trim work, and special projects for final finishes. Her careful attention to detail ensures every surface is sanded, primed, and prepped to accept paint and stain to match any of our client’s design choices.

Every day presents a new opportunity for Anna-Marie (or Kelpe as the crew calls her) to try something new. From prepping hundreds of ceiling fan blades to painting a large garage door outdoors to finishing cabinet doors in the studio, Kelpe tackles all of our special projects. Painting is her passion when she is not spending time with family and friends. If you are looking for her on the weekend, you will find Anna-Marie outdoors or on a hiking trail.

“I love working with our team. We work well together to make homes really shine. In my job, I get to be a perfectionist and make everything look clean. I love rolling walls so they look flawless!

P.S. I’ll go fishing if I can hike around the lake!”

Sam

Sam loves the family atmosphere at Creative Touch. As one of the newest members of the team, he likes rolling paint in large spaces. When he is not working, you will find Sam working out, hiking or spending time with his two dogs, Piper and Ginger.

P.S. I haven’t gone fishing, but I’d try it!

Steph

Steph helps our team by organizing office tasks, purchases, billing, and overall business management.
She is always a cheerful influence and helps to take care of the details.

P.S. Fishing? I’ll be in charge of tracking the inventory!

Natasha

Natasha is a great help managing many aspects of the business while paying invoices and maintaining client files. She is always calm and can make sense out stacks of papers to keep our whole operation running smoothly.

P.S. I’ll bring the natural bug spray for your fishing trip!

Jake

Jake likes working for Janet; she is his mother-in-law, so they spend a lot of time together with the kids after hours. He is learning new epoxy techniques and applications as a way to expand our services to our clients. Outside of work, you will find Jake working out, playing sports, being outside and spending time with his wife and kids. In 2022, he retired from the Navy and is getting settled in his new home in Washington.

P.S. I do like fishing; I take our boys out fishing when we can.

Shaye
